Driven by an ambitious growth strategy, we sought to optimize our ERP system. The logical choice was SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
Before transitioning, our ERP landscape was fragmented. As Amista, we embarked on a mission to simplify data reporting and consolidation, centralize data, streamline processes, and establish a uniform workflow across our organization. SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, a modern SaaS platform, emerged as the ideal solution, perfectly meeting our needs and aligning with our ambitious growth plans. With this new system implemented, we will seamlessly integrate future acquisitions into our operations.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition offers a full native cloud solution, providing flexibility and hypermodernity. It allows for a full company structure with financial consolidation.
Given the quality of our offerings at Amista, we’ve opted to leverage and seamlessly integrate them with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Our team has managed to bring a fully new ERP live within three months. How did we do it? We started from the standard best practices offered by SAP and by applying the ‘SAP Activate Methodology‘. The Baseline Activation Service enabled us to quickly establish the foundation and proceed with further steps such as configuration, training, and integrating our applications using the BTP platform.
To streamline the processing, approval, and archival of Purchase Invoices, we’ll implement Recomatics, our proprietary solution for Intelligent Document Processing. Additionally, for personnel planning and time tracking, we’ll employ the Amista Planning tool, which, with some modifications, can be scaled across the organization.
First and foremost, the implementation has significantly alleviated the current and future workload of the finance department. Since then, our employees can primarily focus on output rather than manual data entry. Additionally, the native cloud infrastructure ensures that the system is platform-independent and accessible via a web browser, leading to more efficient implementation, upgrade, and growth processes.
Amista aims for rapid growth, supported by robust operations and procedures, recognizing the importance of professionalism and efficiency. The implementation of S/4HANA, utilizing SAP’s native cloud solution, provides a solid IT infrastructure. This enables us to expand our business operations effortlessly, add more users, and enhance functionalities without being hindered by infrastructure limitations.
All branches will be integrated within S/4HANA, resulting in streamlined business processes, elimination of silos, and increased efficiency. Additionally, repetitive tasks and workflows will be automated, allowing employees to focus on value creation. The centralization of data also positively impacts customer service, leading to higher customer satisfaction and retention. Despite the initial investment, the transition will yield long-term savings through reduced error margins and more efficient resource utilization.
While most employees will only notice minor differences in time registration and planning, the finance department will experience significant benefits. For them, the migration from nine separate systems to an integrated platform represents a substantial improvement. The shorter reporting cycle also allows them to spend more time on in-depth analyses.
