As Project Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include a healthy mix of coaching and motivating people, managing administration and delivering projects on time and on budget in close consultation with our clients.

About your job

  • You plan and manage multiple short-term projects (days to months).
  • You monitor these closely. This means you have end-to-end responsibility to deliver your projects successfully “within time & budget”.
  • You present the scope, schedule and practical requirements for implementation to the client. You monitor the budget and proactively discuss any adjustments with the client.
  • In case of any escalations you can always contact your colleague Project Delivery Manager.
  • You manage the complete administration of the projects. You create the project in the software tool for follow-up and time registration, create Devops tasks, provide a Teams channel for communication with the customer, ensure creation of the maintenance contract, manage the licenses, check time registrations, etc.
  • You are in close contact with our customers and your experience in software projects allows you to actively think along with the problems of our customers and propose the appropriate solution. For this you are supported by competent account managers and technical leads.
  • You set the right priorities within the assigned projects and customers, taking pressure off the technical leads and developers so they can focus on the technical side.
  • In collaboration with our technical leads, account managers and in consultation with our customers, you prepare the “Statement of Work”/quotation for additional services, extensions and licenses. You also check the correctness of the rates and estimates.
  • You plan the incoming orders and you manage the invoicing for your projects in cooperation with our finance colleagues.
  • For the delivered projects, you support the account manager in case of problems or additional feature requests.
  • You also deliver administrative support for sales and marketing.

Do you recognize yourself?

You have a technical background in implementing and integrating software packages and has an affinity for Digital Transformation

You have excellent communication skills (also in English, French is an extra), an analytical mind and a structured approach.

You are critical and contribute to the optimization of our processes. You also help monitor that the processes are followed.

You are a driver rather than a “backseater”.

Besides a nice, open and enthusiastic personality, we are also looking for some strong skills and experience in the role of Project Delivery Manager:

  • You hold a master’s degree. Ideally in an Economics or IT field.
  • Preferably you are familiar with solutions running on the Microsoft platform and therefore has a conceptual knowledge of .NET, Microsoft 365 and Azure. If not, your eagerness to learn and passion will show that you will quickly master this.
  • Also preferably, you already have several years of experience in successfully delivering projects and the approach required to do so.
  • You like to be polyvalent.
  • You strive for excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction.
