Amista has several offices in Belgium, including Aartselaar, Destelbergen, Harelbeke and Lier and we have multiple satellite offices across Flanders.
As SAP CX consultant you are THE point of contact in various projects when it comes to processes within Customer Relationship Management.

About your job

  • You participate in workshops to identify customer needs, then document them in a blueprint or functional analysis.
  • You perform the necessary configurations and work closely with the technical teams to develop extensions or solve technical problems.
  • You write test scenarios, execute them and coordinate user acceptance testing. Furthermore, you support the customer after project implementation during the hypercare and support phase.
  • You are involved in transformation projects from SAP CRM/ECC to SAP Sales Cloud/S4HANA. In order to follow up projects properly, you proactively plan consultation moments.
  • You guide the customer and end users in all these changes through support, training and change management. In addition, you actively participate in presales files where you prepare customized demos for prospects.
  • You support colleagues with less experience in their growth and contribute to the development of an established CX practice within our company.

Do you recognize yourself?

  • You have a higher education or equivalent through experience and knowledge
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in SAP consultancy.
  • You are specialized in SAP CRM 7.0 (at least 3 years of experience) and you are fully familiar with customer-facing processes within Marketing, Sales and Service.
  • You already have experience with the newer solutions within the SAP CX suite (Sales & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Emarys, CDC/CDP) and you are very interested in growing in this.
  • You have a certain technical baggage. You can debug ABAP/ABAP 00 to understand logic and/or investigate problems. Being able to program is a plus.
  • You know middleware (integration ECC/S4, XIF) and can work with web services (integration with 3rd party applications).
  • You are analytically strong.
  • You are independent and can work well in a team. af. Your positive attitude is contagious.
  • You are flexible and enjoy working outside your comfort zone.
  • You know how to set priorities and deal with matters proactively and in a solution-oriented way.
  • You communicate and present fluently in Dutch and English. Tu te débrouilles en français.
