Amista has several offices throughout the Netherlands, including Dordrecht and Venray. There are also several branches and satellite offices in Belgium. As an SAP B1 Customer Care Consultant you take on an important role in taking care of our customers.
As SAP B1 Customer Care Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our customers when they need support. You take stock of the situation and organize an appropriate solution. For more complex issues, you communicate with the developers and consultants. This also makes you the key person internally for handling support issues. Besides the daily support, you also assist the customer with advice and assistance so that they can handle their processes efficiently.

You will perform this function from our office in Venlo.
