As an SAP B1 Customer Care Consultant you will take on an important role in taking care of our customers.

About your job

Our mission is to establish a long-term and effective partnership with our customers. Once an initial ERP project is successfully completed at a customer’s site, as an SAP B1 Customer Care Consultant you will take responsibility for further follow-up and give concrete expression to our mission.

More specifically, these are your tasks:

  • You assist and help users and customers with concrete questions regarding their software setup.
  • You detect new needs with customers.
  • Based on a good knowledge of our portfolio of products and services, you propose appropriate solutions when the customer needs them.
  • You implement these solutions; depending on your expertise and the amount of work, you do this alone or in a larger team of consultants.
  • You take care of various process optimizations and are able to understand the user impact of changes to the software.
  • You will assist the team with the more complex second and third line incidents that occur.

About your job

In function of your expertise your focus will be:

  • Technical consultancy: This deals with a number of technical interventions in the software setup such as e.g. data migrations, import of data, integrations, layout adjustments, customizations, data analysis, etc.
  • Functional consultancy: Here your focus is the customer or user, whom you help by thinking with them. This both for simple user questions to conceptual questions about a process.
  • Infrastructure consultancy: This mainly involves setting up and maintaining the environment on which the software runs. This ranges from setting up and configuring cloud setup (Azure), Office and other generic application, and the enterprise software itself (SAP and its add-ons).
  • Trainer/Coach: This is guiding and training (end) users in the use of their enterprise software. This both 1-on-1 and classroom.

In addition to a fine, open and enthusiastic personality, in the role of SAP Business One Customer Care Consultant we are also looking for a number of strong skills and experiences:

  • You are an experienced software consultant, with at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • You have knowledge of ERP software and have already worked on implementations in a similar role.
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or the necessary experience.
  • You understand, speak and write both Dutch and English.
  • You have analytical skills.
