As an Amista partner, Civadis offers local governments the possibility of using RecoMatics Capture. That software ensures correct recognition of scanned documents and forwards the correct data to linked internal systems, such as an accounting system.
In addition to this plug-and-play solution, we also gave Civadis the necessary training. Now Civadis themselves are installing RecoMatics Capture at their end customer’s premises, serving as first aid in case of billing mishaps. Currently, 100 end customers are using RecoMatics Capture through our partner.
