As a Sales Manager at Amista, you’ve come to the right place!

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will primarily focus on our Intelligent Document Processing Business Unit. Here are some of your responsibilities:

  • You will increase AMISTA’s influence in your region by acquiring new customers and building strong relationships through both traditional and digital channels.
  • You advise customers on AMISTA’s innovative Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions to optimize their operations, reduce costs and drive revenue growth.
  • You attract both line-of-business and C-level executives with the comprehensive AMISTA ecosystem.
  • You work closely with AMISTA (/IDP) partners and demonstrate strong commitment.
  • You will contribute to improving business development, implement scalable revenue strategies and deliver impactful results within a dynamic team.

In addition to a fine, open and enthusiastic personality, we are looking for a Sales Manager with the following skills and experience:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in sales and/or business development.
  • Knowledge of financial processes (such as automation of accounts payable and invoice processing) is a plus.
  • You can understand the challenges of various customer departments and turn them into effective solutions.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, including passion, curiosity, collaboration, active listening, empathy, innovation and perseverance (GRIT).
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus.

Your Amista ‘basecamp’ in Belgium

Amista has several branches spread across Belgium. You will find us in Lier (late 2024: Mechelen), Destelbergen and Harelbeke (July 2024: Kortrijk). Although you can also regularly work from your home office, your main workplace will be our office in Destelbergen, but you will also travel to the other offices and your clients.
