As a Technical Implementation Consultant you will take up an important role in developing solutions to manage records and documents for our customers.

About your job

As an Experienced Technical Implementation Consultant, you will develop software applications to manage documents and records for our clients. In doing so, you will always use Microsoft .Net platform, Azure and Microsoft 365 as building blocks.
You will work together with colleagues in a team and after a while you will coach and assist Junior Consultants.

Analysis

You collect and document the requirements of our end customers.
From these requirements you work out the specifications of the software, both functional and technical.

Development

Together with your colleagues, you will develop and configure solutions in close cooperation with the customer.
You use existing tools such as RecoMatics and Microsoft 365, which you extend with new or adapted functionalities, whether or not tailored to the needs of customer.
You test and install these solutions in the cloud or at our customers’ premises.

You provide training of our solutions to our customers.
You take responsibility for the timing and budget of the tasks assigned to you.
You think along with the product development team on an architectural level and help convert concepts into concrete code and modules.

Support

You are available for third line support on the existing applications.
You follow up on the projects and spot new opportunities with our existing customers.
You make estimates for change requests.
You share your knowledge and give technical coaching to your colleagues, individually or during our Internal Knowledge sessions.

Besides a nice, open and enthusiastic personality, we are also looking for some strong skills and experience in the role of Technical Implementation Consultant:

You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-focused field.
You have strong knowledge in several of the following areas: .NET platform, C#, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, SQL server, Azure SQL, MongoDB, Docker, REST, HTML5 and React, …
You are a Full Stack Developer: you can develop all-round software both front-end and back-end.
The following concepts are not unfamiliar to you: test-driven development (TDD), domain-driven design (DDD), SOLID design principles, Infrastructure (on-premise and Azure) and release management (CI, CD).
You are a good communicator.
You have a good knowledge of Dutch and a good understanding of technical English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
You are a good planner and an even better performer, this allows you to meet the set deadlines. can translate technical solutions for customers and colleagues.
