From ERP bottleneck to scalable growth platform for global operations
From local roots to global reach
To remove operational barriers and prepare for continued international growth, Zuiver Interior Group launched a multi-phase transformation to replace its outdated ERP system. The legacy platform, heavily customized and lacking transparency, could no longer support the company’s evolving needs.
With implementation partner Amista, Zuiver introduced SAP Business One as the new ERP foundation. The project included a structured blueprint phase, strong governance and the rollout of a modern integration platform connecting more than 70 interfaces across systems like warehouse management, B2B/B2C sales and product data.

About the solution
Zuiver Interior Group implemented SAP Business One as the core ERP system, replacing a legacy platform that could no longer support its operational complexity or international growth. To enable end-to-end process integration, a modern iPaaS (integration platform) was deployed, connecting SAP to over 40 systems, including warehouse management, B2B/B2C sales platforms, and PIM/DAM systems for product content and digital assets.
The architecture includes more than 70 SAP-specific interfaces, designed to support business-critical flows such as order processing, stock allocation, labeling, and custom logistics layouts. By combining this with a structured blueprint approach and strong governance, Zuiver created a flexible, maintainable IT landscape with room for growth and ongoing optimization.
You can’t eat three oranges in one go, but once they’re juiced, you can drink it down easily. That’s the essence of what we’re doing, putting in the work now so we can run more easily tomorrow.
Results
Zuiver now operates on a stable, integrated ERP platform that supports both B2B and B2C operations across 80+ countries. Manual work has been reduced, processes run more efficiently, and teams have better visibility and control. With the new foundation in place, Zuiver is well positioned for continuous improvement and future growth.
