From the very beginning, cleaning company Dome Assistance entered into a partnership with Amista. A lot of nice work has been accomplished thanks to this excellent collaboration. As an SME, they opted for SAP Business One, an ERP for SMEs.
Dome Assistance wanted an ICT backbone that would allow for scalability, while also providing efficient support for operational management in the future. They opted for SAP Business One, an ERP for SMEs. Shortly after the start-up in 2006, Dome Assistance contracted Amista to implement it.
We use SAP Business One for planning, accounts receivable management, payroll administration and accounting.
“We have now set up the interfaces with Sodexo, banks and the payroll company, which makes it actually work with one push of a button,” Erik adds. “The result? Less administrative load in the offices and more time for the office staff to engage with the human aspect, both towards employees and customers.”

On a national level, Dome Assistance was the first in the market to have their own app which allows customers and household helps to quickly request and confirm changes to the schedule. Amista helped to accomplish this app.
Through the app, household helps and customers can send each other messages with last-minute questions or comments. And thanks to a translation module, they can write messages in their own language, which are translated into the other party’s preferred language at the push of a button.
