Nessi joins Amista: Strengthening SAP S/4HANA, SAP Basis and AI capabilities
February 3, 2026 – We are proud to announce that Nessi has officially joined Amista. The Belgian consultancy firm brings a team of 25 highly experienced consultants with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Basis and SAP RE-FX (real estate).
With this acquisition, Amista further strengthens its position within the SAP partner ecosystem and expands its capabilities across several strategic domains.
Nessi: SAP expertise combined with innovative IP
Nessi is known for its end-to-end SAP expertise, supporting organizations from S/4HANA implementation through post-go-live support. In addition to strong consulting capabilities, Nessi also brings proprietary intellectual property to Amista.
One of the key assets is the AI Data Enabler: a solution that connects conversational AI directly with SAP systems. This fits perfectly with Amista’s ambition to help organizations evolve toward data-driven and AI-enabled operations.
Continuity for customers, growth in capabilities
For Nessi’s existing customers, nothing changes. All services and customer relationships continue as usual. The entire Nessi team joins Amista and will operate from our office in Mechelen.
