One partner across the entire data journey

By joining forces, Amista combines its strong foundations in SAP ERP, Integration and Document Management with Intellus Group’s broad data, analytics and AI capabilities. The result is a more complete end-to-end offering for organizations that want to turn their data into better decisions, smarter processes and tangible business value.

Founded in 2010 by Wim Van Wuytswinkel and Jeroen Roosen, Intellus Group has grown organically into an established name in the Belgian and Luxembourg data landscape.

Through its specialized brands Cubis, Lytix and Aivix, the group supports organizations across the full data lifecycle. Its expertise ranges from data strategy and architecture to reporting, analytics, machine learning and generative AI.

Intellus Group works with customers in manufacturing, retail, utilities, financial services and the public sector.

Intellus Group has an outstanding track record of turning complex data challenges into tangible business results, using the same pragmatic, no-nonsense approach we believe in.

Expanding Amista’s Data, Analytics & AI capabilities

“By combining our expertise in SAP ERP, Document Management and Integration with their multi-platform data and AI capabilities, we can support customers from ERP and master data all the way to advanced analytics and AI. One partner, one connected approach.” says Pieter-Jan Deraedt, CEO at Amista.

The acquisition adds further expertise across the Microsoft, SAP, AWS and Databricks ecosystems to Amista’s portfolio.

It is another important step in Amista’s strategy to build one of the most complete Data, Analytics & AI offerings in the Benelux. It follows the recent integration of Alluvion, Aarini, GeONE and Nessi into the Amista group.

For customers, this means access to a broader team of experts and a stronger combination of business, data and technology capabilities. From building a reliable data foundation to identifying and implementing valuable AI use cases, the combined organization can guide customers throughout the complete transformation journey.

“We started Intellus Group with a clear ambition: helping organizations make better decisions with their data, without hiding behind buzzwords,” says Wim Van Wuytswinkel, Managing Partner at Intellus Group.

“In Amista, we found a partner that shares that mindset. Joining the group gives us the scale and reach to bring our expertise to more customers, while preserving the teams, culture and specialized brands that made us successful.”

Continuity for customers and employees

The Intellus Group brands will continue to operate under their existing names in the near term. Customers will keep working with the teams and experts they know, now supported by the broader capabilities and international reach of Amista.

Both organizations will gradually align their go-to-market approach, methodologies and technology roadmaps, with a clear focus on continuity and long-term value.

Following the acquisition, the combined organization will count more than 450 consultants, serve over 1,000 B2B customers and generate more than EUR 70 million in revenue.
