Have you gained experience over the past few years in guiding ERP implementations and improving business processes? Have you already taken solid steps in advising clients on production, logistics, or financial processes? If so, the role of Medior ERP Functional Consultant at Amista is an excellent next step in your career. Your tasks and responsibilities
As a Medior ERP Functional Consultant, you support Amista’s clients in their digital transformation and the implementation of ERP solutions. You act as a trusted advisor to both management and project teams and are able to guide end users through changes in their daily work.
With your experience, you can independently manage modules or subprojects and will gradually be prepared for greater project responsibility.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Analyzing and mapping the client’s business processes
- Creating functional designs
- Guiding ERP implementation projects
- Executing the agreed project approach within set timelines
- Configuring and setting up ERP solutions
- Training and supporting end users
- Optimization, aftercare, and continuous process improvement
- Preparing documentation, reports, and project deliverables
Do you recognise yourself?
You have a strong foundation to succeed in this role if you bring the following:
- 2–3 years of experience as an (ERP) software consultant
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementations
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- A strong understanding of the impact system changes have on users, and the ability to turn resistance into engagement
- An analytical mindset, strong customer focus, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A professional appearance and a strong motivation to further develop your consulting skills
Your Amista ‘basecamp’ in the Netherlands
Amista has several offices across the Netherlands, located in Dordrecht, Venray and Utrecht. While you will regularly work from your home office, you will also travel to visit clients on a regular basis.
