WMS Consultant

As a WMS Consultant, you will occupy a key position within our consulting team. You will work closely with our customers to analyze and optimize their logistics processes. From translating customer needs into efficient solutions to delivering modifications within budget, you will ensure a flawless implementation of WMS solutions in SAP Business One.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize customer needs: You assess the logistics processes in a warehouse environment and make adjustments to the software if necessary.
• Customer training: You provide clear training and workshops to key users and warehouse employees so that they can make the best use of the processes.
• Project management: You act as the bridge between the customer and our technical consultants, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of solutions.
• Demonstrations: You demonstrate logistics processes to customers and prospects, translating their needs into effective solutions.
• Issue Management: You liaise with both the customer and the software vendor in resolving issues, and you follow up on tickets in the vendor’s portal.
• Staying Up-to-date: You continuously stay abreast of software updates and developments through online training and webinars, so you can provide customers with the most current solutions.

Besides a fine, open and enthusiastic personality, in the role of WMS Consultant we are also looking for some strong skills and experiences, you will have:

• 5-8 years of experience in logistics projects within the SME/SME sector.
• Extensive knowledge of logistics terms and processes, such as picking, replenishment, cycle counting, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL and HANA is a plus.
• Experience with C# programming language is an advantage.
• Language skills: Dutch and English are required, knowledge of French is an asset.
