About your job

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a (full-time) Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager who combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach. In this role, you will have the opportunity and autonomy to contribute to the further growth of Amista and leave your mark by translating your vision and passion for Recruitment and Employer Branding into concrete actions.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy to attract talent.
  • Build a strong employer brand through creative campaigns and other initiatives.
  • Lead and coach the recruitment team.
  • Take full ownership for specific vacancies, from the first contact to hiring, with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the entire selection process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and support them throughout the process.
  • Analyze recruitment data and report on the progress and success rates of hires.
  • Seek new tools, platforms, and methods to innovate and make our recruitment processes more efficient.

Do you recognize yourself?

  • At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the ICT consultancy sector (ERP implementations and Software development & services).
  • Experience in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written. Good knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Resilient under pressure.
  • Flexible and results-oriented.
  • Ownership- and leadership skills.
  • Open to working in an international environment. Experience in international recruitment (BENELUX) is a strong asset.
