Senior ERP Functional Consultant

Have you previously led ERP implementation projects? Do you have in-depth knowledge of production, financial, or logistics processes? And are you excited about working as a Senior ERP Functional Consultant within a strong, healthy, and growing organization?

As a Senior ERP Functional Consultant, you support Amista’s clients throughout transformation processes and the implementation of ERP solutions. You act as a trusted advisor to senior management and as a project lead, guiding clients through change initiatives. You are able to build strong user adoption and effectively train employees at all levels. As you gain more experience, you will further develop yourself and others towards a Senior Consultant+ role, taking the lead in ERP implementations across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• Analyzing and mapping the client’s business processes
• Creating functional design specifications
• Supporting implementation projects and software development processes
• Executing project plans in line with timelines
• ERP implementation and system configuration
• Training end users
• Optimization and post-implementation support
• Preparing documentation and project reports

You recognize yourself in the following skills and experience:

• You are an experienced software consultant with at least five years of relevant work experience
• You have solid knowledge of ERP software and have worked on implementations in a similar role
• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, or have equivalent experience
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• You understand the user impact of software changes and know how to manage natural resistance to change
• You are professional in client interactions and proactive in creating new solutions for customers
• You possess strong analytical skills
