SAP Logistics Consultant

We are looking for someone who will take our logistics expertise to the next level and play a key role in challenging projects and the development of new customer solutions.

• Logistics expertise:
  – You act as a specialist in the area of SAP Logistics and support customers in optimizing and digitizing their logistics processes within SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  – You have a very good knowledge and expertise in the area of SAP WM (and EWM) and understand the integration – with Sales and Procurement processes.
  – You understand the business context of different industries and trends and translate these into effective logistics solutions.
  – You will stay up to date with the latest SAP Logistics developments and share your insights to further improve our team and services
• Project participation:
  – You play an active role in implementation, migration and optimization projects. From process analysis to configuration and aftercare, you are involved from start to finish.
  – You work closely with fellow consultants, project managers and customers to realize robust and customer-oriented logistics solutions.
• Business development and pre-sales:
  – You support in pre-sales activities by thinking along about solutions for customers.
  – You develop and present demos and prototypes.
  – You assist in preparing quotations and contribute to winning new orders.

Then you are a driven professional with a passion for SAP and Logistics, ready to support companies in their digital transformation and strategic growth.

• You have a Bachelor/Master degree in Business/Economics, Engineering or IT and a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Logistics (WM or EWM and Sales and/or Procurement) on ECC or/and on S/4HANA (S/4 HANA Cloud is a plus);
• You have a good understanding of the end-to-end processes within S/4HANA and/or ECC;
• You are eager to learn, positive attitude and motivated to work on various projects;
• You have a team- and customer-oriented attitude and can adapt well to your target audience;
• You are not afraid to work outside your comfort zone.
• You know how to organize a moderately complex assignment, determine deliverables, monitor quality and ensure deadlines are met and how to lead a (small) group of consultants;
• You know how to prioritize and address problems proactively and solution-oriented.
• You communicate and present fluently in Dutch and English. Tu te débrouilles en français.

Amista has several branches spread across Belgium. You will find us in Lier (early 2025: Mechelen), Destelbergen and Harelbeke. Although you can also regularly work from your home office, your main workplace will be our offices in Lier (and later Mechelen) or Destelbergen. Naturally, you will also travel to your clients on a regular basis.
