Your tasks and responsibilities
You will primarily focus on the Flanders region. Here are some of your responsibilities:
- You will increase AMISTA’s influence in your region by acquiring new customers and building strong relationships through both traditional and digital channels.
- You advise customers on AMISTA’s innovative solutions to optimize their operations, reduce costs and drive revenue growth.
- You will attract both line-of-business and C-level executives with the extensive AMISTA ecosystem.
- You work closely with AMISTA partners and demonstrate strong commitment.
- You will contribute to business development improvement, implement scalable revenue strategies and deliver impactful results within a dynamic team.

In addition to a fine, open and enthusiastic personality, we are looking for a Sales Manager with the following skills and experience:
- You have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in sales and/or business development.
- Knowledge of ERP (and/or Digital Supply Chain, CX, Data Management, AI) is desirable.
- Industry expertise – we work in sectors such as High Tech, Wholesale, Manufacturing.
- You can understand the challenges of various customer departments and turn them into effective solutions.
- Affinity with sales at scale-ups.
- You have strong interpersonal skills including passion, curiosity, collaboration, active listening, empathy, innovation and perseverance (GRIT).
Your Amista ‘basecamp’ in Belgium
Amista has several branches spread across Belgium. You will find us in Lier (early 2025: Mechelen), Destelbergen and Harelbeke (soon: Kortrijk). Although you can also regularly work from your home office, your main workplace will be one of these offices, and you will regularly travel to the customer.
