Junior Functional Consultant

Would you like to become a Junior Functional Consultant within a strong, healthy and growing organization in the Benelux?

As Junior Functional Consultant at Amista you play an important role in supporting our customers in optimizing their business processes. You will work closely with experienced consultants to make the translation between business needs and technical solutions.

Your responsibilities include the following work:

• You help improve business processes.
• You support the set-up and testing of SAP modules (e.g. the modules Financial, Service & Maintenance, EquipmentPurchasing/Projects).
• You participate in team projects and perform your own tasks.
• You maintain documentation, including setup documents, frequently asked questions or visit reports.
• You assist with user questions and problems.
• You keep up to date with the latest developments.
• You support implementations and think about improvements.

First and foremost, you are curious by nature and therefore like to stay abreast of the latest developments in the market, including by investing in yourself and attending training courses. You complement this with the following qualities:

• You like to roll up your sleeves and are pragmatic

In addition to a fine, open and enthusiastic personality, we are also looking for a number of strong skills in this role:

• You have an interest in software and IT and a basic understanding of ERP systems.
• You have completed a bachelor or similar education in IT or a related field.
• You understand, speak and write both Dutch and English.
• You understand the user impact of software changes. You understand ‘natural resistance to change’.
• You have analytical skills.
• You are willing to travel to customers.

Amista has several branches spread throughout the Netherlands. You can find us in Dordrecht and Venray. Although you can also work from your home office with regularity, you will also travel to your customer on a regular basis.
