About your role
In this role, you will combine strategic insight with an operational and people-focused approach. You will translate HR policies and projects into concrete actions that really work within the organisation.
As HR Business Partner for Belgium and Luxembourg, you are a key link between HR and the business. You support managers and employees with their day-to-day HR issues, guide change processes and help build a strong and consistent HR approach within the organisation.
You will work closely with the HR team and gradually grow into a more strategic role.
What will you be doing?
- Advising and supporting managers on day-to-day HR issues (performance, development, collaboration, etc.)
- Identifying HR needs within the business and translating these into concrete actions and improvements
- Developing and implementing various HR projects and initiatives (reward strategy, career growth, HRIS implementation, etc.)
- Supporting processes relating to performance management and talent development
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Contributing to a positive and consistent employee experience
- Supporting change and integration processes
- Translating HR initiatives and changes into clear communication for employees and managers
- Contributing ideas on improvements and optimisations within HR
- Monitoring HR trends, analysing HR data and providing relevant HR insights to strengthen HR policy.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role
- Your communication style is clear and engaging
- You have a hands-on approach combined with strong organisational skills
- You show initiative and think in terms of solutions
- A dynamic and changing environment energises you
- Strong in change management; experience in project management is an advantage.
- You have a good command of Dutch and English. French is a plus
