Have you supervised ERP projects before? Do you know everything about production processes, financial processes or logistics processes? And would you like to become an ERP Business Consultant within a strong healthy growing organization?
Your duties and responsibilities
As an ERP Business Consultant, you will help Amista’s customers through the change process and implementation of ERP solutions. You act as an advisor to the management and project leader, helping our customers through this change process. In addition, you know how to create support at the user level and train employees in the right way. As your experience grows, you and others will develop into Senior Consultant+ who supervises organization-wide ERP implementations.
Your responsibilities include the following activities:
- Make an inventory of the client’s business processes.
- Draw up Functional Design
- Guidance in projects / software development
- Execution of action plan, according to the project planning
- ERP implementation and configuration
- Training of users of the system
- Optimization and aftercare
- Preparation of documentation and project reports

In addition to a fine, open and enthusiastic personality, we are also looking for a number of strong skills and experiences in the role of ERP Business Consultant:
- You are an experienced software consultant, with at least five years of relevant work experience.
- You have knowledge of ERP softwareand have already worked on implementations in a similar role .
- You have a bachelor or master degree in IT or the necessary experience.
- You understand, speak and write both Dutch and English.
- You are familiar with the user impact of software changes. You understand ‘natural resistance to change’ and know how to deal with it.
- You are representative towards customers and you have initiative in creating new customer solutions.
- You have analytical skills
