About your job

As a Customer Success Executive, you play a key role in building and strengthening lasting customer relationships. You ensure that customers get maximum value from our solutions and that their expectations are not only met but exceeded.

You will work closely with customers, internal teams and the Customer Service Lead to understand customer needs, optimise solutions and identify opportunities for further collaboration. You will be the point of contact for customers and actively contribute to a positive and consistent customer experience.

Your tasks and responsibilities

As a Customer Success Executive, you are responsible for managing and further developing existing customer relationships. You ensure that customers receive optimal support, that their needs are properly understood, and that internal teams work together in a coordinated manner to guarantee the best possible service.

 

  • Managing and deepening customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers and guiding them with questions, challenges and opportunities
  • Take ownership of cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (delivery, operations, sales) to follow up on customer enquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Proactively following up on customer feedback and contributing to the improvement of processes and services

Do you recognise yourself?

We are looking for someone with a strong customer-focused mindset who derives energy from building relationships and creating value for customers.

  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to analyse customer needs and translate them into concrete actions
  • Affinity with IT, software or consultancy is a plus
  • You work in a structured manner and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment

Amista has several branches throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. You can find us in Mechelen, Destelbergen and Kortrijk, as well as in Dordrecht and Venray. Although you can also work from home on a regular basis, your main place of work will be our office in Venray.
