About your job
Would you like to become an Application Management Consultant within a strong healthy growing organization in the BENELUX?
As Consultant Application Management you will ultimately assist Amista’s customers in the change process and implementation of ERP solutions. You are responsible for a wide range of applications at our customers. You know how to create support at user level and support employees in the right way.
Your duties and responsibilities
- Monitor, control and manage various applications and system environments at our customers;
- Managing the interests of the various stakeholders (customer, Amista and external IT partners)
- Project leadership on various IT (improvement) projects;
- Assessing change requests, supervising updates, training users
- Further develop existing best practice architectures together with our IT partners into procedures / manuals and secure them
Do you recognize yourself?
Besides a collegial and enthusiastic personality, we are also looking for a number of strong skills and experiences in the role of Consultant Application Management:
- You are a driven personality, with the ambition to grow together with Amista, as an individual as well as an organization;
- You have knowledge of SQL;
- Additionally, knowledge of SSL Certificates and HTTP services, and networking (LAN/WAN/VPN/FIREWALL/NAT) is important;
- You have an MBO or HBO degree in an IT field;
- You understand, speak and write both Dutch and English.
- You are familiar with the user impact of changes in the application landscape. You understand ‘natural resistance to change’ and know how to deal with it;
- You have analytical skills
- Experience with Linux, Azure, and Hana is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the BENELUX.
