About your job

As a Change and Learning Consultant, you will play a critical role in our clients’ success with their IT transformation projects. You will be responsible for managing change processes and developing and implementing training programs that ensure our customers can work effectively with the IT solutions implemented by Amista.

Your duties and responsabilities

  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to promote acceptance of new IT systems.
  • Training: Design, develop and deliver end-user training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops and hands-on training.
  • Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Support: Provide post-implementation support to ensure users are comfortable with new systems and processes.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of change and learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, IT specialists and business leaders to ensure that all aspects of change run smoothly.

In addition to a fine, open and enthusiastic personality, we are looking for a Change & Learning Consultant with the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Education or a related field.
  • Experience in change management and/or training within IT implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Knowledge of e-learning tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Your Amista ‘basecamp’ in Belgium

Amista has several branches spread across Belgium. You will find us in Lier (March 2025: Mechelen), Destelbergen and Kortrijk. Although you can also regularly work from your home office, your main workplace will be our offices in Lier (and later Mechelen) or Destelbergen. Naturally, you will also travel to your clients on a regular basis.
